BBCOR Bats are now mandatory for every high school baseball player in the country.If you are playing on a ninety foot diamond you will be required to swing a BBCOR certified baseball bat. The BBCOR baseball bat certification took affect this past year at the college level and has now for all players. There is a major difference in the balance and weight distribution as well as performance from the past BESR certified bats. Your local leagues and tournaments in order to avoid insurance issues will follow suit and require you to swing a BBCOR if you they NFHS rules.
