- Return Policies:

All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the date that the item was delivered. A return authorization number is required for all returns. A 12% restocking fee will apply. These terms apply to all refunds. Customers must inform BPlowestprices.com of any discrepancy within 3 days from receiving date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
We can accept the return if:
- All tags need to be attached on items for us to accept the package, we will not accept the return if you have altered tags in any way.
- All original packaging material needs to be provided and in original form to accept the return.
- Request RMA number within 7 calendar days the package was delivered.
We can not accept the return if:
- Items that are soiled, worn, damaged after worn or laundered.
- Damaged bats or out of wrapping. They must go through manufacturer.
- Past the 7 day calendar return request prior for RMA number.
Shipping charges for all returns will be at the customer's expense unless the item received was error on our part. Original shipping charges are not refundable. BPLOWESTPRICES.COM will not be responsible if the item is lost during the return. Customer is responsible to ship the item back to us using a safe reliable delivery method with a tracking number to avoid dispute. Items that arrive in our warehouse without prior authorization will be refused and have the carrier return the package to sender. You will receive a credit back to your account minus the 12% restocking fee within approximately 7 business days after the item has arrived in our warehouse. Some credit/debit card companies may take up to 30 days before showing the credit on your statement. BPLOWESTPRICES.COM will NOT accept C.O.D. deliveries, all returns MUST be pre-paid.

- Product Return Procedure

To return a product based upon BPLOWESTPRICES.COM's exchange/return policies, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ('RMA') number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Please call us at 1-866-323-9973 or email us at customerservice@bplowestprices.com to obtain RMA number. BPLOWESTPRICES.COM will not accept returns without prior authorization and RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which the return products must be received by BPLOWESTPRICES.COM. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to BPLOWESTPRICES.COM. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned product will be 100% complete, in re-sellable condition. If any component of the returned item is missing BPLOWESTPRICES.COM's Return Procedure will be breached and BPLOWESTPRICES.COM will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
BPLOWESTPRICES.COM will not refund to Customer original shipping charges. In addition, BPLOWESTPRICES.COM will assess a 12% restocking fee against the Customer's account on all returns for refund.
