The Louisville Slugger Pro Stock Wood Bat Series is made from Northern White Ash that is the most common and dependable wood on the market. This is the same grade bat used in professional baseball. This bat has a medium barrel which gives a great hitting zone on the bat. The Pro Cupped end helps to balance the swing weight so you are able to generate a quicker, more powerful swing. This bat has a 15/16 inch handle for a comfortable grip and feel. The Louisville Slugger Pro Stock Lite Wood Bat Series is ideal for high school, college, adult senior league and minor league professional baseball. The advantage of using a wood bat for practice is it allows you to not have to use your high dollar aluminum bat and save it for games.
